(a) All the land lying between this portion of the river and the Mangonui-Whangaroa to Kaeo Main Highway.
(b) The properties of Messrs D. R. Langdon (408 acres and 2 roods) and S. W. Kenney Estate (92 acres 3 roods 15 perches) on the western side of the river.
(c) The Waikoura Stream and all land on each side of stream inside stopbanks from bridge on the Kaeo-Whangaroa road to Waller’s Bridge.
