PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby closed and shall when so closed vest in Charles

Amending a Notice Proclaiming Road Closed and Vested in
Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey District, Taieri County

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the
notice dated the 17th day of November 1977, and published
in Gazette, No. 122, 8 December 1977, p. 3203 proclaiming
road closed and vested in Irregular Block, East Taieri Survey
District, Taieri County, by omitting therefrom the name
“Harry Leslie Cuttance”, of Clinton, and substituting the
name “Harry Lisle Cuttance”, of Clinton.

Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that,
sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered
into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First
Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by Kevn
Edward Bartlett, of Christchurch, electrician, under and by
virtue of renewable lease No. 1098, recorded in register 81,
f01io 23, Nelson Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the
land described in the Second Schedule hereto held from
Her Majesty the Queen by Gilbert Davis, company director,
and Paulette Lois Davis, his wife, both of Christchurch,
under and by virtue of Crown lease recorded in register
3B, folio 769, Nelson Land Registry, are hereby taken for
the purposes of a road, from and after the 16th day of March
1978.
