Declaring a Portion of Road in Block VIII, Mararoa Survey District, Wallace County, to be under the Control and Management of the Wallace County Council

PURSUANT to section 112 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall on and after the date hereof, be under the control and management of the Wallace County Council.

ALL that portion of road situated in Block VIII, Mararoa Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 9436, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Invercargill and thereon marked “A”—“B”.

Declaring Land Taken for Road and for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in Block VIII, Piako Survey District, Hauraki Plains County.

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road and the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road from and after the 16th day of March 1978.

Declaring Leasehold Estates in Land Taken for the Purposes of a Road in Westland County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, sufficient agreements to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land firstly and secondly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Robert Patrick Nolan, of Okuru, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 410, recorded in Volume 1C, folio 1040, Westland Land Registry, and the leasehold estate in the land thirdly described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Allan Andrew Cron, of Haast, farmer, under and by virtue of renewable lease No. 432, recorded in Volume 1C, folio 1047, Westland Land Registry, are hereby taken for the purposes of a road from and after the 16th day of March 1978.
