Land Proclaimed as Road, Road Closed, and Vested in Ashburton County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Ashburton; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule, and further hereby declares that the road firstly described in the said Second Schedule shall when so closed vest in George Edgar Moore, of Ashburton, farmer, subject to mortgages No. 687270, 805686, 813903, and 960529, and also that the road secondly described in the said Second Schedule shall when so closed vest in Hindsbank Holdings Limited, at Ashburton, subject to mortgages No. 805686, 805687, 813903, and 960530, Canterbury Land Registry.

Amending a Declaration Declaring Land Taken for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, Borough of Mount Albert

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby amends the declaration dated the 9th day of November 1977, published in Gazette, No. 122, 8 December 1977, at page 3202, taking land for the Auckland-Kumeu Motorway in the Borough of Mount Albert, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, by omitting the words “Part Lot 4” from the description of the land secondly described in the Schedule thereto and substituting “Part Lot 3” therefor.
