Declaring Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in the Borough of Waitara

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject as to Lot 23, D.P. 12022, to the right to drain sewerage created by transfer No. 237296.2, Taranaki Land Registry, for State housing purposes, from and after the 16th day of March 1978.
