Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1883 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:
(i) An area of 17.6912 hectares, more or less, situated East of and adjoining Blakes Road and bounded by Kitchener Road West and Calcutta Road, being Lot 1, D.P. 74334, and part Allotments 264, 245, and 259, Subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe. C.T. 30B/765 (North Auckland Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land declared as infected:
(i) An area of 6.0703 hectares, more or less, situated North East of and adjoining Calcutta Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, D.P. 71312 and being part Allotment 264, Subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe C.T. 27C/1230 (North Auckland Registry).

This notice should be read together with notice No. 935, dated 10 October 1974.

(i) An area of 4 acres 3 roods 03 perches, more or less, situated East of and adjoining Greenlane, Pukekohe, being Lot 9, D.P. 6611, Parish of Pukekohe. C.T. 1945/96 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously gazetted (b) (i) notice No. 1584, dated 7 December 1976 and notice No. 1787, dated 24 August 1977.

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:
