Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1878 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:
(i) An area of 4 acres, more or less, situated North East of and adjoining Hilltop Road, Pukekohe, being Allotment 271, Subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe. C.T. 2D/306 (North Auckland Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:
(i) An area of 19 acres and 2 roods, more or less, situated South East of and adjoining Rogers and Millars Roads, being Lot 1, D.P. 13712, and part of Allotments 47 and 48, Parish of Puni. C.T. 1052/277 (Auckland Registry).

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:
(i) An area of 9 acres and 3.8 perches, more or less, situated South of and adjoining Jellicoe and Anzac Roads, Pukekohe, being Lots 2, 3 and 4, D.P. 8354, Part Allotment 268, Subsection 2, Parish of Pukekohe. C.T. 260/28 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) An area of 25 acres and 24 perches, more or less, situated South East of and adjoining Middleton and Attewell Roads, Pukekohe, being Lot 3, D.P. 10463, Part Allotment 51, Parish of Pukekohe. C.T. 372/166 (Auckland Registry).

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being:

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found:
(i) An area of 20 acres and 18 perches, more or less, situated South and East of the junction of Hilltop Road, Waituku and Puni Roads, being part of Allotments 199 and 200, Subsection 2, D.P. 10802, Parish of Pukekohe. C.T. 254/135 (Auckland Registry).

This land was previously declared (b) (1) notice No. 1380, dated 11 November 1976.

This notice should be read together with notice No. 936, dated 10 October 1976 and notice No. 1380, dated 11 March 1976.
