Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in Block XV, Purua Survey District, Whangarei County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Whangarei and also proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in Trevor Sydney Bench, of Whangarei, farmer, subject to memoranda of mortgage numbers 290739.1, A255802, A517562 and 100062.3, and that the road described in the Third Schedule hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest in William Thomas Gwillim of Whangarei, farmer.
