PURSUANT to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 9th day of March 1978.

Declaring Leasehold Estate in Land and an Interest in Land Taken for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road in the Kaikoura County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the leasehold estate in the land described in the First Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Henry John Stace and Jeremy John Stace of Kekerengu, farmers, under and by virtue of memorandum of lease No. 55/72, and the interest of Henry John Stace and Jeremy John Stace of Kekerengu, as licencees under and by virtue of deferred payment licence No. 202 (R.B. 2D/529), in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment of a road, from and after the 9th day of March 1978.
