Road Closed and Taken for the Purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, in Block XIV, Wairoa Survey District, Waitotara County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Schedule hereto and, pursuant to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land comprised in the said closed road is hereby taken for the purposes of the Natural Gas Corporation Act 1967, and shall vest in the Natural Gas Corporation of New Zealand, from and after the 9th day of March 1978

Notice of Intention to Take Land for the Use, Convenience or Enjoyment of a Road (Road Metal Stockpile Site) Block II, Punakitere Survey District, Bay of Islands County

Notice is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road such land to be used for a road metal stockpile site; and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post office at Kaikohe, and is there open for inspection; that all persons directly affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any objection to the taking of the said land, not being an objection to the amount or payment of compensation, make a written objection and send it within 40 days after the first publication of this notice, to the Town and Country Planning Appeal Board at Wellington; and that, if any objection is made in accordance with this notice, a public hearing of the objection will be held, unless the objector otherwise requires, and each objector will be advised of the time and place of the hearing.
