(b) that in the case of a borrowing made during the first 10 business days of a calendar month to make up balances and holdings for the preceding calendar month, be deemed to be a part of and be included in the balances held by that trading bank at the Reserve Bank on the last day of the preceding calendar month;
AND the proceeds of any such borrowing shall not be included in the balances held by that trading bank at the Reserve Bank during any other calendar month.

Average Price for Apples and Pears for the 1977–1978 Season Declared (No. 1894 Ag. 3328)
PURSUANT to section 27 (7) of the Apple and Pear Marketing Act 1971, notice is given that the Apple and Pear Prices Authority has determined that the average price to be paid to growers by the New Zealand Apple and Pear Marketing Board for apples and pears grown during the 1977–78 season shall be 9.4960c per kilogram of bare fruit ungraded and unpacked and delivered to the receiving depot of the Board nearest to the orchard on which the fruit was grown.

NOTICE is hereby given that the scheme, filed by the New Zealand Paintercraft Trust, a trust duly incorporated under the provisions of the Charitable Trusts Act 1957, having its registered office at the office of Lew’s Berger and Sons (N.Z.) Ltd., Torrens Terrace, Wellington, and advertised in the New Zealand Gazette, on the 8th day of December 1977, was approved by this Honourable Court on Wednesday, the 22nd day of February 1978.

Standard Grade for the Export of Onions Amendment Notice 1978 (No. 1896; Ag. 12/2/14)
PURSUANT to regulation 13 of the New Zealand Grown Fruit and Vegetables Regulations 1975, the Standard Grade for the Export of Onions Notice 1977 (No. 1846; Ag. 12/2/14), published in the New Zealand Gazette*, No. 122, of 8 December 1977, p. 3214, is hereby amended by:

Inserting after subclause 8 (b) the following subclause:
(c) Packing and presentation: At the time of inspection of onions for export, each package shall contain the claimed net weight, together with a weight allowance for shrinkage during transport of 5 percent of the claimed net weight. This provision shall not apply to exports in which the onions are transported in bulk. -
Omitting subclause (a) of the Second Schedule and substituting the following subclause:
(a) Cracks in the outer skins.
