National Roads Board—Notice Varying Declaration of State Highway

PURSUANT to section 11 of the National Roads Act 1953, the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, hereby varies the declaration of State Highway No. 6 and State Highway No. 99 in the South Island as notified in the New Zealand Gazette, dated 14 October 1965, p. 1781, and 24 March 1960, p. 384, respectively, by including in those notices those areas marked Y on plan S.O. 8919, R and X on plan S.O. 8920; P, Q, H, S, T, U, V and W on plan S.O. 8921; D, E, F, G, M, N and O on plan S.O. 8922 and A, B, C, Z, J, K, and L on plan 8923.

This notice shall come into force on the date hereof.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 6 (Blenheim to Invercargill via Greymouth) from its junction with Deans Road to its junction with Welsh Road, Winton, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan L.A. 73/60/45, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 10 (Pakaraka to Awanui via Mangonui) from its junction with Duncan Road, Kaingaroa, to the eastern boundary of Old Land Claim 315, Awanui, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of Plan L.A. 11/40/1, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 45 (New Plymouth to Hawera via Opunake) Ketemarae Road to Hawera section, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 and 2 of Plan M.O.W. 16411, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 22 July 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road for a width of 13 metres on the southern side commencing 20 metres west of the junction point of the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 3770 (C.T. 97/106), and extending westward 40 metres along the frontage of Lot 1, D.P. 3370 (C.T. 97/92).

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 50, Pakowhai Road to Ngaruroro River section for a width of 13 metres on the southern side commencing at the western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 15672 (C.T. H2/1395), and extending eastwards for 20 metres as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan No. L.A. 32/0/1, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Napier, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3 (New Plymouth to Inglewood) section from one half of its width on the western side commencing at the southern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 12443 (C.T. E3/615), and extending northwards for 830 metres, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan L.A. 42/28/1, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

Classification of Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Lands, the Assistant Director of Reserves of the Department of Lands and Survey hereby declares the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, to be classified as a reserve for Government purpose (wildlife management), subject to the provisions of the said Act.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—WHAKATANE DISTRICT.

8.6350 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. S. 8489, being Part Allotment 108A, Matata Parish, situated in Block III, Awaatetua Survey District. All certificate of title, No. 9C/800. Appurtenant hereto is a drainage easement in favour of Lot 1, created by T. 433080. Subject also to a drainage easement created by S. 413780.
