National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 1 (Awanui to Bluff) from its junction with a public road (unnamed) at Snake Hill to the northern boundary of Whangarei City, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 3 of Plan L.A. 11/12/2 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 1 (Awanui to Bluff) from the Waihoihoi River, Waipu, to its junction with State Highway 12, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 5 of Plan L.A. 11/17/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Whangarei, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1 (Awanui-Bluff) Ross Road to Wellsford section, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 4 of Plan L.A. 10/19/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Auckland North, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and made pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 15 March 1978*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road for one half of its width on the eastern side commencing 275 metres south of the junction point of the northern boundary of Part Lot 6, D.P. 24208 (C.T. 35B/1464), with the road boundary and extending southwards for 30 metres along the frontage of Part Lot 6.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 2 (Pokeno-Wellington) Pahiatua to Hamua Road Section, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 4 of Plan L.A. 51/10/51, and accompanying Schedule, held at the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution dated 20 October 1976*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road for one half of its width on the eastern side commencing at the northern boundary of Lot 1A, D.P. 1665 (C.T. 420/145), with the road boundary and extending southwards 2600 metres across the frontage of Lots 1A, 5A, 8A, 10A and Sections 10 and 11, all of C.T. 420/145.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway No. 3 Inglewood to Norfolk Road section for one half of its width on the western side commencing at the northern boundary of Part Lot 1, D.P. 2701 (C.T. E3/683), and extending southward for 300 metres, as more particularly shown on Sheet 1 of Plan L.A. 42/30/2, and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

REFERRING to State Highway No. 6 (Frankton to Queens-town Spur), as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 3 of Plan L.A. 71/64/30, and accompanying Schedule, held at the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Alexandra, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 13 December 1978, and pursuant to subsection 5 of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 22 June 1977*, made pursuant to the said section 4 insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road for one half of its width on the southern side commencing 90 m west of the junction point of the western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 7350 (C.T. 359/214), and extending westward for 60 metres, across the frontage of Part Section 12 (C.T. 3C/1343).
