Land Taken for a Recreation Ground in the City of Waitemata

KEITH HOLYOAKE, Governor-General

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a recreation ground and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Waitemata, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of February 1978.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 7350 square metres, situated in the City of Waitemata and being part Lot 3, D.P. 4070. All certificate of title, No. 26D/1375.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 25th day of January 1978.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid out in Block IX, Harataunga Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by order dated the 26th day of February 1971, to be road, and to be vested in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the Thames-Coromandel District.

SCHEDULE

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

All that piece of land containing 1150 square metres, situated in Block IX, Harataunga Survey District, Thames-Coromandel District, and being part Harataunga West 1B Block; as shown on plan S.O. 47735, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton and thereon marked "A".

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of December 1977.

Appointing a Non-Elective Member of the Marlborough Catchment Board

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 7th day of February 1978

The Rt. Hon. R. D. Muldoon Presiding in Council.

Pursuant to Sections 41 and 44 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby appoints Tudor Howard Evans, of Marlborough, farmer, to be a member of the Marlborough Catchment Board for three years, from and after the date of this appointment.

Pursuant to section 41 subsection 3 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby amends the Order in Council made on the 26th day of July 1971, and published in Gazette on the 12th day of August 1971, at page 1585, apportioning representation on the Otago Catchment Board by deleting the Schedule thereto and substituting the following Schedule.

Pursuant to the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1955, His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. This order may be cited as the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District Order 1959, Amendment No. 3, and shall be read together with, and deemed part of the order constituting the Moutere Hills Rural Fire District, made on the 17th day of June 1959* (hereinafter together with all prior amendments referred to as the principal order) and all amendments thereto.
