Defining the Middle Line of a Portion of the Dunedin - Milton Motorway in the City of Dunedin

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, The Right Honourable Sir Keith Jacka Holyoake, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a portion of the Dunedin - Milton Motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the land situated within the limits of the area more particularly delineated on plan S.O. 18846, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.

SCHEDULE

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT

COMMENCING at a point on the western side of Phillips Street 1 metre, approximately, south of the boundary between Lots 13 and 14, D.P. 122, and proceeding in a generally southerly and westerly direction for a distance of 335 metres approximately, passing through or over the following lands, viz: Lot 14, D.P. 122 (G.N. 452526), Lot 1, D.P. 1635 (G.N. 337930), Lot 18, Deeds Plan 236 (G.N. 438189), Lot 2, D.P. 8324 (G.N. 438185), Lot 12, D.P. 5575 (G.N. 438189), part Lots 5 and 6, Block VII, Deeds Plan 128 (G.N. 438189), Lot 4, Block VII, Deeds Plan 128 (G.N. 438189), Lot 3, Block VII, Deeds Plan 128 (G.N. 438189), Lot 2, Block VII, Deeds Plan 128 (G.N. 438188), Lot 16, Block VII, Deeds Plan 128 (G.N. 438187), Lot 1, Block VII, Deeds Plan 128 (G.N. 438188), Wilkie Road, Railway land and terminating at a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 8, Block VI, Deeds Plan 128, and being a distance of 10 metres approximately, north-easterly along this line from the north-eastern boundary of that lot, all being situated in Block VII, Town Survey District, City of Dunedin. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan numbered S.O. 18846, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Dunedin.
