A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 14th day of April 1972 and published in N.Z. Gazette, 20 April 1972, Volume I, page 873, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Hamilton as No. S.555736, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the middle line of a portion of the Auckland-Hamilton motorway shall be that defined and set forth in the Second Schedule hereto; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall affect only the lands situated within the limits of the area defined on the plan marked S.O.48746, referred to in the said Second Schedule.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land declared in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for flood protection works and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1977.
