In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 86, 11 August 1977, page 2245, for "2. The constituent districts of the Bay of Plenty Electric Power District", read "The constituent districts of the Bay of Plenty Electric Power District."

In Schedule, for "Part Whakatane District (Whakatane District less Whakatane Wards)", read "Part Whakatane District (P) (Whakatane District less part Whakatane Wards)."

For "Kaingaroa Riding of Rotorua County", read "Part Rotorua County".

CORRIGENDUM

Special Order made by Matamata County Council Altering Riding Boundaries

In the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 91, dated 25 August 1977, page 2336, under heading Hinuera Riding commencing line 29, for "westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries Tapapa Survey District; thence south-westerly and north of that block and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Nicholson Road;" read "Tapapa Survey District; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of that block and the last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of Nicholson Road;" which words appeared in the original Special Order and notice signed by the Secretary for Local Government on 22 August 1977.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 8th day of September 1977.
