Price Order No. 68 (Amendment No. 1 of Price Order No. 67) (Phosphatic Fertilisers)
PURSUANT to the Commerce Act 1975, I, Peter Edward Donovan, pursuant to a delegation from the Secretary of Trade and Industry hereby make the following price order:

This order may be cited as Price Order No. 68 and shall be read together with and deemed part of Price Order No. 67* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).

This order shall come into force on the 12th day of August 1977.

The principal order is hereby amended by revoking the Fourth and Seventh Schedules thereto, and substituting the following Schedules.
FOURTH SCHEDULE
FIXING MAXIMUM PRICES FOR PHOSPHATIC FERTILISERS MANUFACTURED AND SOLD AT MORRINSVILLE

National Roads Board: Amending Notice Declaring Part No. 3 State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the National Roads Board hereby amends the notice, dated 30 June 1977, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 71, page 1824, by deleting reference to:
Midhurst
and substituting therefore the reference:
Midhurst.

Insurance Companies Deposits Act 1953—Proposed Release of Deposits
THE Northern Assurance Company Limited has given notice to the Public Trustee that it has ceased to carry on insurance business in New Zealand and proposes, pursuant to section 19 of the above-mentioned Act, to withdraw the deposits which have been made by it with the Public Trustee.
The Public Trustee therefore gives notice, pursuant to section 19 (3) of the above-mentioned Act, that being satisfied that the liabilities of the above-mentioned company in respect of the class of insurance designated as Class 2 in the First Schedule of the above-mentioned Act have been provided for, he proposes to release to the above-mentioned company on or after 20 September 1977 the deposit made by it in respect of Class 2 insurance business.
Any objections to the release of the deposit should be lodged with the Public Trustee, Lambton Quay, Wellington 1, on or before 15 September 1977.
