State Forest Land Set Apart as State Forest Park

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 63B (1) of the Forests Act 1949 (as inserted by section 19 of the Forests Amendment Act 1976), I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as State forest park and shall hereby form part of the Coromandel State Forest Park.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY—COROMANDEL COUNTY

ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Coromandel County, situated in Blocks VI, VII, and IX, Harataunga Survey District, containing 1369.0855 hectares, more or less, being Moehau 2B3 Block, part Moehau 2A2 Block, part Moehau 2A2A Block, part Moehau 2B4C2B2 Block, Lots 2 and 4, D.P. S. 7773, being parts Matamataharakeke Block and parts Moehau 2B4C1B Block, and Lots 1 and 2, D.P. S. 11739, being parts Moehau 2A2B Block.
