Amending a Proclamation Revoking in Part Proclamations Taking Land for Soil Conservation and River Control Purposes in Blocks X and XI, Puketi Survey District, Taupo County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation, dated 3 August 1976, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, of 12 August 1976, at page 1863, revoking in part Proclamations taking land for soil conservation and river control purposes by omitting the First and Second Schedules thereto and substituting the following First and Second Schedules.

FIRST SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land described as follows:

Land Taken for a Service Lane in the City of Wanganui

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wanganui as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 11th day of August 1977.

SCHEDULE

WELLINGTON LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 408 square metres, situated in Block V, Ikitara Survey District, being part Section 43, Left Bank Wanganui River; as shown on plan S.O. 30769, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 27th day of June 1977.
