PURSUANT to the Post Office Act 1959, notice is hereby given that the result of the weekly prize draw No. 3, for 16 July 1977 is as follows:

Privileges and Immunities of Representatives and their Staff Attending the Meeting of the Anzus Council, July 1977

WHEREAS a meeting of the Council, established under the Security Treaty between Australia, New Zealand, and the United States of America, is to be held in Wellington on 27 and 28 July 1977;

And whereas this meeting will be attended by representatives of the Government of New Zealand and representatives of the Governments of other States;

And whereas it appears that doubts may arise as to the privileges and immunities which may be enjoyed by representatives and members of their official staffs attending the said meeting;

Now therefore, pursuant to section 11 of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968, the Minister of Foreign Affairs hereby directs that every representative of the said Governments (other than the Government of New Zealand) and the members of their official staffs attending the said meeting shall be accorded the following privileges and immunities:

(a) Every representative of the said Governments (other than the Government of New Zealand) shall be accorded the privileges and immunities conferred by or by virtue of Part I of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968 on a diplomatic agent; and

(b) All the members of the official staff of any such representative shall be accorded the privileges and immunities conferred by or by virtue of Part I of the Diplomatic Privileges and Immunities Act 1968 on members of the diplomatic staff of a diplomatic mission.

Boundaries of the City of Takapuna and the City of Waitemata Defined

PURSUANT to section 26 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Secretary for Local Government hereby redefines, as set out in the Schedule hereto, the boundaries of the City of Takapuna and the City of Waitemata; the boundaries having previously been altered by Order in Council made on 22 July 1974 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, No. 72, 25 July 1974, pages 1512-1532.

SCHEDULE

TAKAPUNA CITY

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing 8651 hectares, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block VI, Waitemata Survey District, on the left bank of Paremoremo Creek, in line with the easternmost boundary of Allotment 7, Paremoremo Parish, and proceeding northerly along a right line across the aforesaid creek, to and along that eastern boundary and that boundary produced to and north-westerly and northerly generally along the middle of Brookdale Road, to and north-easterly along the middle of Ridge Road, to and northerly along the middle of the public road forming the western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 14439, Allotment 207, Paremoremo Parish, Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 67528, and Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 55147, to and north-easterly along the middle of State Highway No. 18, to and south-easterly along the middle of Albany Heights Road and Lonely Track Road, to its junction with the middle of East Coast Road in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along the middle of East Coast Road to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 32247; thence northerly along a right line crossing the last-mentioned road to and along the said eastern boundary and the eastern boundaries of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, D.P. 65500; Lot 1, D.P. 32247, Allotment S.E. 294 and Allotment N.W. 294, Pukeatua Parish, to the northernmost corner of Allotment N.W. 294, aforesaid; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundary of that allotment to its junction in Block XVI, Waiwera Survey District, with the right bank of a tributary of the Okura River; thence northerly along the said right bank, to and north-easterly along the right bank of the Okura River and continuing southerly along the line of mean high water of the Hauraki Gulf to the easternmost corner of Lot 3, D.P. 78206, in Block XVI, Waiwera Survey District; thence westerly generally, along the southern boundaries of the said Lot 3 and Lots 2, 1 and 4, D.P. 78206, and along a right line across Long Bay Drive, along the southern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 78546, along a right line across Beach Road to and along the southern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 51779; Lot 1, D.P. 50741; and Lot 8, D.P. 40798, along a right line across Glenvar Road, to the northernmost corner of Lot 34, D.P. 68341; thence westerly and southerly generally along the generally southern side of Glenvar Road, to and along the southern boundaries of Allotment 319, Okura Parish, and again along the southern side of Glenvar Road to and along the northern and western boundaries of an area of 650 square metres (25.7 perches) shown on S.O. Plan 47475, (taken for Road, New Zealand Gazette, 1973, page 1416) and again along the generally southern side of Glenvar Road, and the eastern side of East Coast Road to the southernmost corner in Block IV, Waitemata Survey District, of Lot 9, D.P. 40585 (now Public Street); thence along a right line across East Coast Road to and southerly generally along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 37510, the south-western boundaries of Lots 2 to 10 inclusive, D.P. 37510, along a right line to and along the south-western boundaries of Lots 12, 13, 14, and 15, D.P. 37510, the generally western boundaries of Lots 1 to 17 inclusive, D.P. 39437, to the northern side of Rosedale Road; thence along a right line to the junction of the southern side of the said road, with a line 50.29 metres (250 links) distance from and measured south-westerly at right angles to the south-western side of the road forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 441, Paremoremo Parish; thence along a line parallel to that roadside, and continuing along a series of right lines 50.29 metres (250 links) distant from and parallel to the generally eastern boundaries of Allotment 442, Paremoremo Parish, Allotments N.W. 197, M. 197 and E. 197, Takapuna Parish, crossing the intervening Windsor Place, and southerly generally along a series of right lines parallel to and 50.29 metres (250 links) distant from the generally western side of East Coast Road, as shown on S.O.
