WAITEMATA CITY

All that area containing 37,550 hectares, more or less, in
the North Auckland Land District, bounded by a line commencing
in Block I, Waitakere Survey District, at the intersection
of the line of mean high water of the Tasman Sea
and the middle of the Waitakere River and proceeding north-easterly
generally up the middle of the Waitakere River
to its junction with the production northerly of the eastern
boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 57923, in Block XI, Kumeu Survey
District; thence southerly along that production to and easterly
along the middle of Bethells Road, to a point in line
