Resumption of Unformed Legal Road in Block VII, Mangahao Survey District

Pursuant to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Pahiatua County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

The Cambridge Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967, Amendment No. 2

Pursuant to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Cambridge Electric Power Board Electric Lines Licence 1967*, as amended by the amendment specified in the Schedule hereto, by adding to the Second Schedule to the said licence the following paragraph:

2. A line commencing from a line authorised by the Minister of Electricity on 26 March 1974 (New Zealand Gazette, No. 30, 4 April 1974, page 629) and proceeding generally in a north-easterly direction for approximately 1200 metres, all being in Part III and Part VIII, Block XV, Cambridge Survey District. The said line is more particularly shown on plan marked N.Z.E.D. 947, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.

In that portion of the First Schedule which relates to the Ashburton, Marlborough, Nelson, North Canterbury, Otago, South Canterbury, Southland, Waitaki Valley, West Coast, and Westland Acclimatisation Districts, by adding the following:

Pursuant to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:

1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Tauranga County) Notice No. 3, 1977.

2. The road specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit area for the purposes of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976.*

Pursuant to section 51 of the Education Act 1964, the Minister of Education hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

1. (1) This notice may be cited as the Kapiti College Board of Governors Notice 1977.

(2) This notice shall come into force on the 1st day of June 1977.

2. The Board of Governors of Kapiti College shall be constituted as follows:

(a) One member appointed by the Wellington Education Board;

(b) One member elected by the teachers of the schools controlled by the board;

(c) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Waikanae school district or the Reikorangi school district;

(d) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Paraparaumu school district;

(e) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Paraparaumu Beach school district;

(f) Two members elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Raumati school district;

(g) One member elected by the parents of the pupils attending the school, being parents who are resident in the Raumati South school district;
