Authorisation of the Exchange of Part of the Maniototo Park Domain for Other Land

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby authorises the exchange of that part of the Maniototo Park domain, described in the First Schedule hereto, for the land, described in the Second Schedule hereto.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—MANIOTOTO COUNTY

SECTION 4, Block I, Town of Ranfurly: area, 2.7544 hectares, more or less. All certificate of title, No. 1D/1391, of the Otago Land Registry, subject to the reservations and conditions imposed by section 59 of the Land Act 1948 (S.O. Plan 14874).

Change of the Purpose of a Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby changes the purpose of the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, from a reserve for utility purposes to a reserve for road purposes, subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

Pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Paeroa Borough Council on the 10th day of June 1976:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Paeroa Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be a public reserve for local purposes (drainage) within the meaning of the said Act.
