(j) One member appointed by the Hutt County Council.
3. This notice is in substitution for the Kapiti College
Board of Governors Order 1967.

Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 5) 1977
Pursuant to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice (No. 5), 1977.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. - Goods of the classes specified, and for the purpose of the Customs Tariff, falling within the tariff items in the First Schedule
hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence
under the said regulations. - The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in
the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.

EXPLANATORY NOTE: This notice provides for the continued exemption of certain plastic strips used in dentistry and polyethylene
terephthalate film, which have been reclassified in the Customs Tariff, and exempts from import control certain religious calendars.
Consent to the Distribution of New Therapeutic Drugs
Pursuant to section 12 of the Food and Drug Act 1969, the Minister of Health hereby consents to the distribution in New Zealand
