Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Oamaru Licensing Trust
PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Oamaru Licensing Trust on 16 March 1977 passed a resolution authorising variations of the usual hours of sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises specified in the Schedule below:
(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, nor being days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On every Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve, nor a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o’clock in the evening.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Clutha Licensing Trust
PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Clutha Licensing Trust on 31 March 1977 passed a resolution authorising variations of the usual hours of sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as Greenfield Tavern, Clydevale:
(a) On every Friday and Christmas Eve (not being days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of closing shall be 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On every New Year’s Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of closing shall be 0.30 in the morning of New Year’s Day.

Notice of Intention to Vary Hours of Sale of Liquor at Licensed Premises—Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee
PURSUANT to section 221A (16) of the Sale of Liquor Act 1962, as amended by the Sale of Liquor Amendment Act 1976, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Hawke’s Bay Licensing Committee on 27 May 1977 made an order authorising variations of the usual hours for the sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises known as Mayfair Hotel, Hastings:
(a) On every Christmas Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning, and the hour of closing 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On every New Year’s Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Eve, and the hour of closing 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Clutha Licensing Trust on 31 March 1977 resolved that the closing hours for the Waihola Tavern, Waihola, be the usual hour of closing (10 o’clock in the evening) except as set out hereunder:
(a) On every Saturday and Christmas Eve (not being New Year’s Eve nor days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of closing shall be 11 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On every New Year’s Eve (not being a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of closing shall be 0.30 o’clock in the morning of New Year’s Day.

PURSUANT to section 34B (10) of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949, as amended by section 14 of the Licensing Trusts Amendment Act 1970, I, Gordon Stewart Orr, Secretary for Justice, hereby give notice that the Mataura Licensing Trust on 6 May 1977 applied for orders, which were granted in the Magistrate’s Court at Gore on Wednesday, 25 May 1977, authorising variations of the usual hours of sale of liquor to the public, and further authorised the following hours of trading for the licensed premises specified in the Schedule below:
(a) On every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (not being Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, nor days when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 10 o’clock in the evening.
(b) On every Saturday (not being New Year’s Eve nor a day when licensed premises are required to be closed for the sale of liquor to the general public) the hour of opening shall be 11 o’clock in the morning and the hour of closing 11 o’clock in the evening.
