Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1597 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 20 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Kitchener Road East and bounded to the east by John Street, Pukekohe, being Allots 7 and 8, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 772/56 (North Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 9 acres and 2 roods, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Kitchener Road East and bounded to the west by John Street, Pukekohe, being Allot 11, Sub. Sect. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 772/56 (North Auckland Registry).

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1599 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north-west of and adjoining Mile Road Bombay being Allot 61, Sub. Sect. 3, Parish of Opaheke, C.T. 1623/46 (Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 52 acres and 12.0 perches, more or less, situated east of and adjoining State Highway 1 and bounded by Bombay Road to the north, being Lot 1, D.P. 50718, and part Allot 26, Parish of Mangatawhiri, C.T. 1A/475 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) An area of 30 acres, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Barber Road and bounded by Portsmouth Road to the north, being Allots 30, 32, and 34, Sub. Sect. 3, Parish of Opaheke, C.T. 582/139 (Auckland Registry).
(iii) An area of 29 acres and 8 perches, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Mill Road Bombay being Pt. Allots. 4 and 6, Parish of Mangatawhiri, C.T. 1352/38 (Auckland Registry).
(iv) An area of 10.3198 hectares, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Mill Road Bombay being Lot 1, D.P. 71311, and being part Allots. 4 and 6, Parish of Mangatawhiri, C.T. 27C/1228 (North Auckland Registry).
(v) An area of 10.3198 hectares, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Mill Road Bombay being Lot 2, D.P. 71311, and being part Allots. 4 and 6, Parish of Mangatawhiri, C.T. 27C/1229 (North Auckland Registry).
(vi) An area of 3 acres 0 roods 01.7 perches, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Ramarama Bombay Road, being Lot 1, D.P. 51964, and being part Allot 31, Sub. Sect. 3, Parish of Opaheke, C.T. 16D/1025 (North Auckland Registry).
(vii) An area of 51 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Mill Road Bombay being

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 12 acres 1 rood 29.4 perches, more or less, situated north-east of Tuakau Road Pukekohe, being part Lot 1, D.P. 32925, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 1077/191 (Auckland Registry).
(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 3 acres 2 roods 24.7 perches, more or less, situated north-east of and adjoining Tuakau Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 1, D.P. 40511, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 1069/292 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) An area of 14 acres 3 roods 20 perches, more or less, situated north-east of and adjoining Tuakau Road and bounded to the north by Webb Street, Pukekohe, being Pt. Allot. 46, D.P. 3427, C.T. 128/203 (Auckland Registry).
