Maori Land Development Notice

WHEREAS by virtue of the notice referred to in the First Schedule hereto the land described in that notice was declared to be subject to the provisions of Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953; and whereas by reason of an amalgamation of titles it is considered necessary to replace the notice aforesaid.
Now, therefore, pursuant to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows:

Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas Under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1580 Ag. 61422)

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 13 acres and 30 perches, more or less, situated south-east of and adjoining the junction of Woodlands Road and Upper Queen Street, Pukekohe, being part Lot 3, D.P. 2265, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 1146/37 (Auckland Registry). This area was previously declared (b) (i) in Notice No. 1442.

(b) Other land within a radius of 80 kilometres of the land described in paragraph (a) above being—
(i) An area of 5 acres 0 roods 32.7 perches, more or less, situated east of and adjoining Greenland Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 10, D.P. 6611, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 1945/96 (Auckland Registry).
