Notice Declaring Lands to be Infected Areas under Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974 (No. 1596 Ag. 61422)
PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:
(a) The land on which potato cyst nematode has been found—
(i) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Patumahoe Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 13, Sub. Sect. 3, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 195/18 (Auckland Registry).
(ii) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north of and adjoining Patumahoe Road, Pukekohe, being Lot 14, Sub. Sect. 3, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 2D/829 (Auckland Registry).
This land was previously declared as (b) (ii) and (iv) in Notice No. 1277 dated 21 October 1975.
This notice should be read together with Notice No. 1277.

PURSUANT to regulation 3 (1) of the Potato Cyst Nematode Regulations 1974, notice is hereby given that the following lands are declared to be infected areas:

(i) An area of 10 acres, more or less, situated north-east of and adjoining Puni Road and bounded to the east by Kitchener Road, Pukekohe, being Allot. 68, Sub. Sect. 2, Parish of Pukekohe, C.T. 756/209 (Auckland Registry).

Plants Declared Noxious Weeds in the Borough of Dannevirke (No. 1623 Ag. 12/10/4/2)
PURSUANT to a delegation from the Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries under the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries Act 1953, for the purposes of the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the following special order made by the Dannevirke Borough Council on the 29th day of November 1976 is hereby published.

SPECIAL ORDER
PURSUANT to the provisions of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954, the Noxious Weeds Act 1950, the Dannevirke Borough Council hereby makes by way of special order the following bylaw:
-
The short title of this bylaw shall be the “Dannevirke Borough Noxious Weeds Bylaw 1976”.
-
This bylaw shall cover the whole of the Borough of Dannevirke.
-
The Dannevirke Borough Council hereby declares all weeds listed in the First Schedule hereto to be noxious.
-
Any previous declarations by the Dannevirke Borough Council are hereby repealed.
-
This bylaw shall come into force on the first day of January 1977.
