2. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 2, and substituting the following clause:
   "2. The areas described in the Schedule to this order are hereby constituted as a hydatids control district to be called the Bay of Islands Hydatids Control District."

SCHEDULE

AREAS CONSTITUTING THE BAY OF ISLANDS HYDATIDS CONTROL DISTRICT

(a) The County of Bay of Islands and the Borough of Kaikohe as from time to time constituted; and
(b) All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Hokianga, Whangaroa, and Bay of Islands Counties, Kaikohe Borough, and Kawakawa County Town, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block III, Mangamuka Survey District, in the middle of a tributary of the Mangamuka River in line with the western boundary of Pukahu No. 1 Block and proceeding northerly along a right line to and along that boundary and easterly generally along the generally northern boundaries of the aforementioned Pukahu No. 1 Block, crossing the intervening State Highway No. 1 to and southerly along the generally western boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 40603, to the southernmost corner of the said Lot 2; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of the aforementioned Lot 2 to and easterly generally along the generally southern boundaries of Lots 56, 57, and 58, D.P. 540, to the southernmost corner of that Lot 58; thence southerly generally along the generally western boundaries of Lots 59, 59A, and 60, D.P. 540, and easterly along the southern boundary of the aforementioned Lot 60 to and southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 61 and 62, D.P. 540, and continuing southerly, westerly, and south-easterly generally along the generally western, northern, and south-western boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 40604, to and along the north-eastern boundary of Section 3, Block IV, Mangamuka Survey District, to the southernmost corner of Section 1, Block IV, aforesaid; thence north-easterly and northerly along the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of that Section 1 to its northernmost corner; thence easterly generally along the southern boundaries of Waikoropupu No. 1 Block to its easternmost corner in Block I, Omapere Survey District; thence southerly generally along the eastern boundaries of Waihou A8C2 Block, A8C3A Block, and A8C3B Block to and south-easterly along the southern boundary of Waihou B3 Block and that boundary produced to the middle of the Waipapa River; thence northerly generally up the middle of the said river, the Mangapa Stream and the Whakateterekia Stream to a point in Block XII, Manga-taniwha Survey District, in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 63, Pupuke Parish; thence north-easterly along a right line to and along the said north-western boundary and that boundary produced to and north-westerly along the middle of a public road forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment S.E. 61 to and north-easterly along the middle of a public road forming the south-eastern boundary of Allotment S. 54 and the southern boundary of Allotment S. 52 to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment 53; thence north-easterly along a right line to and along the aforesaid north-western boundary and the north-western boundary of Allotment 51 and the last boundary produced to and easterly along the middle of a public road forming the northern boundary of the aforesaid Allotment 51 to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Allotment N.W. 48; thence north-easterly along a right line to and along that north-western boundary to and north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Allotment N.E. 47 and that boundary produced to and north-easterly along the middle of a public road forming the north-western boundaries of Allotment 46 and Otangaroa No. 3 Block to its junction with Otangaroa No. 2 Block, all the aforesaid allotments being of Pupuke Parish; thence south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Otangaroa No. 2 Block to and along a right line across the Pupuke Road to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 24480, to and along a right line across a portion of closed road (shown coloured green on S.O. Plan 46693) to and along the south-western boundary of Lot 3, D.P. 24480, to its southernmost corner; thence northerly generally along the eastern boundaries of the said Lot 3 to and north-easterly along a right line across a public road and the Pupuke River to and along the generally north-western boundaries of Sections 47, 48, 49, and 50, Block VI, Kaeo Survey District, to and south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Section 50 to the southernmost corner of Pupuke PlA; thence northerly along the eastern boundaries of the said Pupuke PlA, Al, and Q2 Blocks to and along a right line across Connellys Access Road to and along the eastern boundary of Pupuke M Block to and westerly along the

northern boundary of the aforesaid Pupuke M Block to and northerly generally along the generally eastern boundary of Section 16, Block II, Kaeo Survey District, to and along a right line across State Highway No. 10 to the westernmost corner of Lot 1, D.P. 32504; thence due west to and westerly along the middle of an inlet of the Whangaroa Harbour and northerly along the middle of the said Whangaroa Harbour to the middle of the mouth of that Harbour in Block III, Whangaroa Survey District; thence south-easterly generally along the line of mean high water of the South Pacific Ocean and continuing easterly along the northern shore of Harakeke Island to its easternmost extremity in Block IX, Bay of Islands Survey District; thence easterly along a right line to the northernmost extremity of Piercy Island (Motukokako) in Block XII, Bay of Islands Survey District; thence southerly generally to and along the line of mean high water to and south-westerly generally along the northern boundary of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga 4F2 Block in Block VIII, Russell Survey District, along the north-western boundaries of Whangaroa-Ngaiotonga 4F2, 4G4, and 4G3 Blocks, crossing the intervening Whangaruru North Road and the Mahia Roadway to the westernmost corner of that 4G3 Block; thence westerly generally along the northern boundary of Tutaematai B2B2 Block, crossing the intervening Ngaiotonga-Rawhiti Road along the northern boundaries of part of Tutaematai B2 No. 4 Block (as shown on S.O. Plan 29247) to its northernmost corner in Block VII, Russell Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western boundaries of the said B2 No. 4 Block to and along the generally eastern side of the Whakapara-Russell Road to a point due north of the north-western corner of that part Tutaematai B2 No. 3 Block (as shown on S.O. Plan 29247); thence due south to and southerly generally along the western boundary of the said part B2 No. 3 Block; along the western and south-western boundaries of part Tutaematai A Block (as shown on D.P. 27504) and continuing along the north-eastern, eastern, and south-eastern boundaries of Waikare 17 Block, the south-eastern boundaries of Section 2, Block XVI, Russell Survey District, and Section 5, Block XV, aforesaid, the eastern boundary of Taumatahinau Block, the northern and eastern boundaries of that part Puhipuhi 3 Block declared State Forest by New Zealand Gazette, 1962, page 724, and westerly along the southern boundary of the said part Puhipuhi 3 Block and that boundary produced across Parsons Road to and northerly, westerly, and southerly generally along the eastern, northern, and western boundaries of Section 22, Block III, Hukerenui Survey District, the end of a public road, and the western boundary of Section 23 to a public road; thence along a right line across that public road to the northern end of the roadside bearing 355° 00' distance 564.4 links, being a north-western boundary of Section 12 (as shown on S.O.
