boundary of the last-mentioned section and westerly along
the southern boundary of Section 22 to and southerly along
the eastern side of a public road forming the eastern boundary
of Section 18 to a point in line with the southern boundary
of the said Section 18, all the aforesaid sections being of
Block IX, Hukerenui Survey District; thence westerly along
a right line to and along that southern boundary and along
the eastern and south-western boundaries of Section 4, Block
XII, Motatau Survey District, to and along the southern
boundaries of Motatau 2, Sections 64B, 64A, and 63 to and
southerly and westerly generally along the eastern and southern
boundaries of Maromaku Block, crossing the intervening
public roads, along the south-eastern boundaries of Kaikou
A1 and A2 Blocks, crossing and recrossing the Kaikou River,
and along the production of the last-mentioned boundary,
again crossing the Kaikou River to and along the south-
eastern and southern boundaries of Kaikou A3A Block and
the last boundary produced to the middle of the Rotohanganui
Stream; thence up the middle of that stream to and along
the southern boundary of Kaikou A3E Block to and northerly
down the middle of the Omapuaku Stream to and south-
westerly up the middle of the Kaikou River to and south-
easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the northern
part of Nukutawhiti Block, shown on D.P. 9193, and westerly
along the southern boundary of the said part of Nukutawhiti
Block, parts of which now form the southern boundaries of
Lots 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, and 1, D.P. 11394, and along the production
of that southern boundary to the middle of the Awarua River;
thence southerly down the middle of that river to and westerly
generally up the middle of the Mangakahia River to a point
in Block IV, Tutamoe Survey District, in line with the south-
western end of the public road forming the southern boundary
of Section 1, Block XVI, Punakitere Survey District; thence
north-westerly along a right line to and along that south-
western end and the south-western boundary of the said
Section 1 and its production along the end of another public
road to the middle of the Mangakahia River, and again up
the middle of that river to and up the middle of the
Mangaraupo Stream in Block XV, Punakitere Survey District,
to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Section
17, Block XV, aforesaid; thence westerly generally along a
right line to and along the generally northern and western
boundaries of Section 3, Block XV, aforesaid, crossing the
public road which intersects that Section 3, and along the
production of the last-mentioned boundary to the middle of
the Mangakahia River, and again up the middle of that
river to a point in line with the north-western boundary of
Section 16, Block I, Tutamoe Survey District; thence south-
westerly along a right line to and along the north-western
boundaries of the said Section 16 to and westerly along the
northern boundary of Section 18, Block I, aforesaid, and
Section 11, Block IV, Waipou Survey District, and continuing
along the southern boundaries of Sections 19, 18, and 22,
Block XVI, Waiuku Survey District, crossing the intervening
roads to the south-western corner of that Section 22; thence
due south to a point in the middle of the Waipoua River on
the common boundary of Blocks VII and VIII, Waipoua
Survey District; thence westerly generally down the middle
of the Waipoua River to the middle of the mouth of the
Waipoua River in Block V, Waipoua Survey District; thence
north-westerly across the mouth of that river to and along
the line of mean high water of the Tasman Sea and crossing
the mouth of the Hokianga Harbour to the middle of that
mouth in Block IX, Hokianga Survey District; thence north-
easterly generally along the middle of the Hokianga Harbour
to and up the middle of the Hokianga River to and up the
middle of the Mangamuka River and a tributary of the
last-mentioned river to the point of commencement and
including all adjacent islands.

Vesting Reclaimed Land in Manukau City Council

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL
PURSUANT to section 175B (2) of the Harbours Act 1950,
His Excellency the Governor-General, acting by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby
vests in the Manukau City Council the land described in
the Schedule hereto, which land was authorised for re-
clamation by Order in Council of 20 November 1972*,
such land to be vested as a recreation reserve.
SCHEDULE
ALL that piece of reclaimed Crown land situated in Blocks
III and VII, Otahuhu Survey District, North Auckland Land
District, containing 1.4282 hectares as shown marked A
on plan S.O. 51501 now numbered M.D. 15800.
The District Land Registrar is hereby authorised to make
such entries in his Register as are necessary to give effect
to this order.

Appointing a Member of the Auckland Harbour Bridge
Authority

Auckland Harbour Bridge Authority for a term of five years,
