Land Taken for a Service Lane in the City of Tauranga

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Sir Edward Denis Blundell, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Tauranga, as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect, on and after the 20th day of January 1977.

SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL those pieces of land situated in Block XIV, Tauranga Survey District, described as follows:

Redefinition of the Boundaries of the Mangonui Hydatids Control District (No. 1619 Ag. 21171)

ORDER IN COUNCIL

At the Government House at Wellington this 20th day of December 1976

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL

PURSUANT to the Hydatids Act 1968, His Excellency the Governor-General acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby makes the following order.

ORDER

  1. (a) This order may be cited as the Mangonui Hydatids Control District Order 1974, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Mangonui Hydatids Control District Order 1974* (hereinafter referred to as the principal order).
    (b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
  2. The principal order is hereby amended by revoking clause 2, and substituting the following clause:
    "2. The areas described in the Schedule to this order are hereby constituted as a hydatids control district to be called the Mangonui Hydatids Control District."

SCHEDULE

AREAS CONSTITUTING THE MANGONUI HYDATIDS CONTROL DISTRICT

(a) The County of Mangonui and the Borough of Kaitaia as from time to time constituted; and
(b) All that area in the North Auckland Land District, Whangaroa, Hokianga, and Mangonui Counties, and Kaitaia Borough, bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block III, Mangamuka Survey District, in the middle of a tributary of the Mangamuka River in line with the western boundary of Pukahu No. 1 Block and proceeding north-easterly generally along the generally north-western boundary of the Bay of Islands Hydatids Control District, to the middle of the mouth of the Whangaroa Harbour, in Block III Whangaroa Survey District; thence north-westerly generally along the line of mean high water of the South Pacific Ocean to and south-easterly generally along the line of mean high water of the Tasman Sea and crossing the mouth of the Hokianga Harbour to the middle of that mouth in Block IX, Hokianga Survey District; thence north-easterly generally along the middle of the Hokianga Harbour to and up the middle of the Mangamuka River and a tributary of the last-mentioned river to the point of commencement and including all adjacent islands.

ORDER

  1. (a) This order may be cited as the Hokianga-Whangaroa Hydatids Control District Abolition Order 1976.
    (b) This order shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
  2. The Hokianga-Whangaroa Hydatids Control District which was constituted by Order in Council on the 19th day of May 1975* is hereby abolished.
  3. Revocationβ€”The Hokianga-Whangaroa Hydatids Control District Order 1975* is hereby revoked.
