Resumption of Unformed Road Situated in Block VII, Waitapu Survey District, Golden Bay County

PURSUANT to section 191B of the Counties Act 1956, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the land, described in the Schedule hereto, has been transferred to the Crown by the Golden Bay County Council, pursuant to the said section 191B, and as from the date of this notice the land shall be deemed to be Crown land subject to the Land Act 1948.

Notice Declaring a Restricted Area for the Production of Honey (No. 1688; Ag. 60025)

PURSUANT to section 30 of the Apiaries Act 1969, notice is hereby given that:

1. The area specified in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a restricted area for the purposes of the Apiaries Act 1969.
2. The notice published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 89, September 12 1974, page 1922, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE
RESTRICTED AREA FOR THE PRODUCTION OF HONEY
ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District, Coromandel, Thames, and Ohinemuri Counties, and Thames Borough, containing 2460 square kilometres, more or less, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the shore of the Firth of Thames, being the middle of the mouth of the Waihou River, and proceeding generally northerly, easterly, and southerly along that shore and the shore of the Bay of Plenty to the generally southern boundary of Block II, Waihi Survey District; thence generally westerly along that boundary and the generally southern boundaries of Blocks XII, XI, X, and IX, Ohinemuri Survey District, thence generally northerly along the generally western boundaries of the said Block IX and Block V, Ohinemuri Survey District, to the point where the western boundary of the said Block V, Ohinemuri Survey District, meets the Old Maratoto Road immediately north of a point where it meets State Highway 26, thence generally north along State Highway 26 to a point where State Highway 26 meets State Highway 25, then west along State Highway 25 to a point coinciding with the centre of the Waihou River and thence generally north along that River and into the Firth of Thames to the point of commencement.

Special Levy Prescribed under the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976 (Notice No. 1692 Ag. 12/2/23)

PURSUANT to section 11 of the Wine Makers Levy Act 1976, and on the recommendation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated, I hereby prescribe a special levy of 19.797 cents per hectolitre (0.9 cents per gallon) on the wine sold by every holder of a grape wine licence during the year ended on the last day of September 1976, to be applied in meeting the costs of administration and operation of the Wine Institute of New Zealand Incorporated in the year to June 30 1978.

I also authorise the Trustee to obtain the individual sales quantity declarations made by each holder of a grape wine licence for the purpose of assessment of the special levy; and to collect such special levy on behalf of the Institute by May 20 1977; and to remit all such levies to the Institute as soon thereafter as is practicable.
