Appointment of the Marlborough Sounds Maritime Park Board to Control and Manage a Reserve

Declaration that the Bledisloe Park Domain Shall be a Recreation Reserve and Vesting in the Pukekohe Borough Council

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby declares that the Bledisloe Park Domain, described in the Schedule hereto, shall cease to be subject to the provisions of Part III of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, and shall be deemed to be a recreation reserve subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act, and further, pursuant to the said Act vests the said reserve in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Pukekohe, in trust, for recreation purposes.

Declaration that Land is a Public Reserve

PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Minister of Lands hereby notifies that the following resolution was passed by the Paeroa Borough Council on the 14th day of October 1976:

That, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 13 of the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, the Paeroa Borough Council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the said borough in fee simple and, described in the Schedule hereto, shall be, and the same is hereby, declared to be a public reserve for local purpose (drainage) within the meaning of the said Act.

PURSUANT to the Land Act 1948, the Minister of Lands hereby sets apart the land, described in the Schedule hereto, as a reserve for recreation purposes, and further, pursuant to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, declares the said reserve to be a public domain subject to the provisions of Part III of the last-mentioned Act to form part of the Pohara domain to be administered as a public domain by the domain board.
