All that area in the North Auckland Land District, City of Waitemata, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle of Nelson Road and the middle of Amriens Road in Block IX, Waitamata Survey District, and proceeding southerly generally along the middle of Amriens Road to its junction with the middle of McEntee Road in Block XIII, Waitamata Survey District, to and easterly along the middle of that road to its junction with the middle of Kay Road; thence southerly along the middle of Kay Road to its junction with the northern side of Waitakere Road, and along a right line to the intersection of the southern boundary of the North Auckland Railway shown on S.O. plan 4263 with the western side of Swanson West Coast Road shown on S.O. Plan 41201; thence north-westerly generally along the southern boundary of that railway as shown on S.O. Plan 4263, to and northerly generally along the western side of the North Auckland Railway to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 7, D.P. 41523; thence westerly along a right line to the middle of Waitakere Road and northerly along the boundary of Rodney County as described in New Zealand Gazette, 1974, p. 1516, to the point of commencement.

Import Control Exemption Notice 1977

PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:

  1. (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Notice 1977.
    (b) This notice shall come into force on 1 July 1977.
  2. Goods of the classes specified and for the purposes of the Customs Tariff falling within the Tariff items in the First Schedule hereto, imported from and being the produce or manufacture of any country, are hereby exempted from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations.
  3. The exemptions from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Second Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Second Schedule, are hereby withdrawn.
