Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice (No. 2) 1977
PURSUANT to regulation 17 of the Import Control Regulations 1973*, the Minister of Trade and Industry hereby gives notice as follows:
- (a) This notice may be cited as the Import Control Exemption Withdrawal Notice (No. 2) 1977.
(b) This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette. - The exemption from the requirement of a licence under the said regulations in respect of the goods of the classes set forth in the Schedule hereto, included in the exempting notice shown in the Schedule, is hereby withdrawn.
