The Hornby Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1958, Amendment No. 1
PURSUANT to the Local Licensing Trusts Regulations 1966*, the Minister of Justice hereby gives the following notice.
NOTICE

This notice may be cited as the Hornby Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1958, Amendment No. 1, and shall be read together with and deemed part of the Hornby Licensing Trust Constitution Notice 1958† (hereinafter referred to as the principal notice).

This notice shall come into force on the day after the date of its publication in the Gazette.

The principal notice is hereby amended by revoking paragraphs 4 and 5, and substituting the following paragraphs:
“4. The area within which polls shall be taken for elections of members of the Trust shall be the whole of the area described in the Schedule to this notice (such area being referred to in this notice as the Trust area).
“5. The area within which the Trust may expend or distribute profits pursuant to subsection (1) of section 44 of the Licensing Trusts Act 1949 shall be the whole of the Trust area.”
- The principal notice is hereby further amended by adding to it the Schedule set out in the Schedule to this notice.

All that area in the Canterbury Land District, Paparua County, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the middle lines of Springs Road and Halswell Junction Road and proceeding north-westerly along the middle of the South Island Main Trunk Railway to the middle of Waterloo Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the south-western boundaries of Lots 32-41, D.P. 927; thence north-westerly to and along those boundaries to the westernmost corner of Lot 41, D.P. 927; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of that Lot to the western side of Brixton Street; thence northerly along that roadside to its westernmost point; thence northerly along a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 26, D.P. 3962; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lots 26-30, D.P. 3962, to the north-western boundary of Lot 30, D.P. 3962; thence north-easterly along that boundary, the abutment of Mortlake Street, and the north-western boundary of Lot 31, D.P. 3962, to the northernmost corner of the last-mentioned Lot; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 37787 to the north-western boundary of part Rural Section 5993, Islington Substation Site, by Gazette, 1950, page 1756; thence north-easterly along that boundary and its production to the middle of Roberts Road; thence south-easterly along the middle of that road to a point in line with the north-western boundary of Lot 54, D.P. 18601; thence north-easterly along that boundary to a point 60.35 metres north-west of the middle line of Gilberthorpes Road; thence north-easterly along that line to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Rural Section 1305; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 5734; thence north-easterly to and along that boundary and its production to the middle of Yaldhurst Road (No. 73 State Highway); thence south-easterly along the middle of that road to its intersection with the middle of Carmen Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of that road to a line parallel to and 60.35 metres north-east of the middle line of Buchanans Road; thence south-easterly along that line to a point in line with the eastern boundary of Rural Section 3303; thence southerly to and along that boundary to the north side of Waterloo Road; thence westerly along that roadside to a line parallel to and 50.29 metres north-east of the south-western boundary of the middle of the Main South Road (No. 1 State Highway); thence south-westerly along the middle of that road and Springs Road to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 17518; thence south-easterly to and along that boundary to the easternmost corner of that Lot; thence southerly along a right line to the intersection of the middle lines of Awatca Road and Wilmers Road; thence south-westerly along the middle of the last-mentioned road to the middle of Halswell Junction Road; thence north-westerly along the middle of that road to the middle of Springs Road; thence north-easterly along the middle of that road to the point of commencement.

Queen Elizabeth The Second Arts Council of New Zealand—Designation of Administrative Local Authority for Community Arts Council
PURSUANT to section 36 of the Queen Elizabeth the Second Arts Council of New Zealand Act 1974, I hereby designate the Dargaville Borough Council to be the administrative local authority in respect of the Dargaville and Districts Community Arts Council.

The Taumarunui Borough Council Electric Lines Licence 1963, Amendment No. 3
PURSUANT to the Electricity Act 1968, the Minister of Electricity hereby amends the Taumarunui Borough Council Water Power and Electric Lines Licence 1963*, as amended by the amendments specified in the Schedule hereto by adding to the Second Schedule thereto the following clause:
“(5) A line commencing from a line that is described in clause 3 of this Schedule, the new line leading from a transformer approximately 130 metres from the King Country Electric Power Board’s district boundary and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for approximately 50 metres, to supply a farm dwelling and associated outbuildings, all being in Section 3, Block II, Piopiotaea Survey District. The said line is more particularly shown by means of a green line on plans marked N.Z.E.D. 940, deposited in the office of the New Zealand Electricity Department at Wellington.”
