Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed in Block IV, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, Whakatane District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto which land shall vest in the Whakatane District Council; and also hereby proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as Crown land under the Land Act 1948.

FIRST SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Land Proclaimed as Road

ALL that piece of land containing 96 square metres, situated in Block IV, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District, being part Section 10 S Orini Settlement (D.P. 17858); as shown on plan S.O. 48672, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “A”.

SECOND SCHEDULE
SOUTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT
Road Closed

ALL that piece of road containing 1.0410 hectares, adjoining or passing through Sections 8 S, 9 S, and 10 S (D.P. 17858) Orini Settlement, and Crown land situated in Block IV, Rangitaiki Upper Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 48672, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Hamilton, and thereon marked “B”.

Declaring Land Taken for Street in the City of Manukau

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Manukau, from and after the 24th day of March 1977.
