Declaring Road in Block X, Moeangiangi Survey District, to be a Government Road and to be Stopped

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby:
(a) Declares the piece of road described in the Schedule hereto to be a Government Road, and
(b) Stops the said road.

SCHEDULE
HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT
ALL that piece of road containing 1.0628 hectares, being part Section 22, Block X, Moeangiangi Survey District; as shown on plan S.O. 6961, lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Napier, and thereon marked ‘B’.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Added to the Adjoining Reserve in Block XI, Maungamangero Survey District, Waitomo District

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the District of Waitomo and also hereby proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby closed and added to the adjoining reserve described in the Third Schedule hereto.

ALL that piece of land containing 69.0985 hectares, being part Section 3, Block XI, Maungamangero Survey District (S.O. plans 12441, 32764, 37470 and 44144, New Zealand Gazette 1935, page 1021).
