Declaring Land Taken for Road and the Use, Convenience
or Enjoyment of a Road in Block XII, Wairoa Survey
District, Franklin County

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for road, and the land described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience or enjoyment
of a road, and shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and
Inhabitants of the County of Franklin, from and after the
24th day of March 1977.

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Block XIII, Puniu Survey District and Block XVI, Pirongia
Survey District, Otorohanga County

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Otorohanga, and also hereby
proclaims that the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto is hereby closed, and shall, when so closed, vest
as to the areas of 217 square metres, 247 square metres, and
536 square metres thereof in John Cumpstone and Frederick
Joseph Cumpstone, both of Otorohanga, subject to memo-
randum of mortgage S. 76237, South Auckland Land Registry;
and as to the areas of 1084 square metres and 969 square
metres thereof in Graham Harold Anderson, of Te Kawa,
and Dianne Wendy Anderson, his wife, subject to memo-
randum of mortgage S. 397441, memorandum of mortgage
S. 507954, memorandum of mortgage S. 565040, and Statutory
Land Charge S. 635422, South Auckland Land Registry.
