Declaring Land Taken for a Public Works Depot and for
the Whangarei Motorway in Block VIII, Purua Survey
District, Whangarei County, and in the City of Whangarei
PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a
sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into,
the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby
taken for a public works depot, subject as to the land first
described in the said First Schedule to the drainage easement
in gross created by transfer A240732, and the land described
in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the
Whangarei motorway, from and after the 17th day of March
1977.
