Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, the
Minister of Works and Development hereby declares the land
described in the Schedule hereto to be set apart for State
housing purposes, from and after the 17th day of March
1977.

All that piece of land containing 35.1 perches, situated in
the City of Hamilton, being Lot 71, D.P. S. 6730, and being
part Allotment 30, Parish of Te Rapa. Formerly all certificate

Land Proclaimed as Road and Road Closed and Vested in
Blocks XII and XIII, Rangaunu Survey District, Mangonui
County

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment
Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby
proclaims as road the land described in the First Schedule
hereto, which land shall vest in the Chairman, Councillors,
and Inhabitants of the County of Mangonui, and also hereby
proclaims as closed the road described in the Second Schedule
hereto, and also hereby declares that the road firstly, second-
ly, thirdly, and fourthly described in the Second Schedule
hereto shall, when so closed, vest in Hector Colin Dean,
farmer, and Dorothy Eileen Amelia Dean, his wife, both
of Kaingaroa, subject to mortgages No. A13465 and No.
A13466, North Auckland Land Registry, and also hereby
declares that the road fifthly, sixthly and seventhly described
in the Second Schedule hereto shall, when so closed, vest
in William Power Lynskey, farmer, and Anthony Joseph
Schluter, farmer, both of Kaitaia.

Act 1948, the Minister of Works and Development hereby

and declares that the closed road shall be dealt with as
Crown land under the Land Act 1948.
