Declaring Land Taken for the Purposes of the Proper Development or Use thereof Pursuant to Section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953 in the Borough of Petone

PURSUANT to section 32 of the Public Works Act 1928, the Minister of Works and Development hereby declares that, a sufficient agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the proper development or use thereof, pursuant to section 47 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1953, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Petone, from and after the 17th day of March 1977.
