Licensing Nimbus Fishing Company Ltd., to occupy a Site for a Slipway at Port Robinson in Cheviot County

PURSUANT to the section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, acting in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby licence and permit Nimbus Fishing Company Ltd., (which terms shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different meaning) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Robinson, in Cheviot County, as shown on plan marked M.D. 12835 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway, as shown in the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.

The licence* of 13 May 1970 authorising Colin William Wells to occupy a site for a slipway at Port Robinson in Cheviot County and assigned† to Edward George Farrow on 28 November 1973, is hereby revoked.

SCHEDULE

CONDITIONS

  1. This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply thereto.

  2. This licence shall remain in force until the 30th day of April 1984.

  3. The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be eighty dollars ($80) provided always that the Minister of Transport may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year of this licence or any subsequent year of the said term.

Consent to the Assignment of the Licence Authorising Mount Cook and Southern Lakes Tourist Company Ltd., to occupy a Site for a Ramp at Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby consent to the assignment of the licence of 4 November 1974* authorising Mount Cook and Southern Lakes Tourist Company Ltd., to occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island, as a site for a ramp to Sea Bee Air Ltd.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

PURSUANT to section 332 of the Maori Affairs 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Palmerston North 1977, No. 1.

  2. The notice, referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

  2. The notice, referred to in the First Schedule hereto, is hereby amended by omitting all reference to the land described in the Second Schedule hereto.

  3. The land, described in the Second Schedule hereto, is hereby released from Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.
