Notice of Acquisition of Land
PURSUANT to the Reserves and Domains Act 1953, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been acquired as a reserve for scenic purposes, subject to the provisions of Part IV of the said Act to form part of the Mangaorongo scenic reserve.

Consenting to Raising of Loans by Certain Local Authorities
PURSUANT to the Local Authorities Loans Act 1956, the undersigned Assistant Secretary to the Treasury, acting under powers delegated to the Secretary to the Treasury by the Minister of Finance, hereby consents to the borrowing by the local authorities, mentioned in the Schedule hereto, of the whole or any part of the respective amounts specified in that Schedule.

Approval of Bylaws
PURSUANT to section 165 of the Harbours Act 1950, I Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby approve the Taieri County Council Foreshore Bylaw No. 1 1977.

Licensing Nimbus Fishing Company Ltd., to Occupy a Site for a Slipway at Port Robinson in Cheviot County
PURSUANT to the section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, acting in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby licence and permit Nimbus Fishing Company Ltd. (which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different meaning) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Robinson, in Cheviot County, as shown on a plan marked M.D. (S) 22 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway, as shown in the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
CONDITIONS

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1960, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

This licence shall be 14 years from the 1st day of February 1977.

The premium payable by the licensee shall be fifteen dollars ($15) and the annual sum so payable by the licensee shall be eighty dollars ($80) provided always that the Minister of Transport may review the annual sum payable at the end of the first year or any subsequent year of the said term.

PURSUANT to section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport hereby give notice that the licence of 25 March 1974* authorising M. T. Burrill Ltd., to occupy a site for a fish shed at Port Fitzroy, Great Barrier Island, is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the section 162 of the Harbours Act 1950, I, Owen John Conway, of the Ministry of Transport, acting in exercise of powers delegated by the Minister of Transport, hereby licence and permit Edward Leo Garrett, Kevin Leo Garrett, and Raymond Leslie John Burnett, (which terms shall include their administrators, executors or assigns, unless the context requires a different meaning) to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and bed of the sea at Port Robinson, in Cheviot County, as shown on a plan marked M.D. (S) 132 and deposited in the office of the Ministry of Transport at Christchurch, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a slipway, as shown in the said plan; such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
The licence* of 30 November 1973 authorising K. L. Garrett to occupy a site for a slipway at Port Robinson in Cheviot County is hereby revoked.
