PURSUANT to section 330 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, the Maori Land Board hereby gives notice as follows.

  1. This notice may be cited as Maori Land Development Notice Hamilton 1977, No. 6.

  2. The land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be subject to Part XXIV of the Maori Affairs Act 1953.

Amendment to a Notice

PURSUANT to section 21 of the Forests Act 1949, the notice issued on the 13th day of October 1976, and published in the New Zealand Gazette, on the 21st day of October 1976, page 2422, is hereby amended by deleting “All certificate of title, No. 1004/267” from the seventh paragraph, and substituting “All certificate of title, No. 1004/276” and this amendment shall take effect as from the date of issue of that notice.
