Crown Land Set Apart as State Forest Land

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, notice is hereby given that the land described in the Schedule hereto has been set apart as State forest land as from the date of publication hereof.

Approval of the Drug Fumidil B for the Treatment of Nosema Disease in Bees (No. 1651 Ag. 60082)

PURSUANT to section 25 (2) of the Apiaries Act 1969, I hereby approve the use of the drug FUMIDIL B for the treatment of nosema disease (caused by the protozoan Nosema apis) in bees, subject to the condition that the drug should not be fed to bees during the honey flow or immediately before the honey flow.

The Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1977

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice:

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1977.

  2. The road specified in the First Schedule hereto is hereby declared to be a closely populated locality for the purposes of section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The roads specified in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

  4. The Traffic (Hawke’s Bay County) Notice No. 1, 1975, dated the 17th day of February 1975†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Hawke’s Bay County at Bay View, is hereby revoked.

PURSUANT to the Transport Act 1962, the Minister of Transport hereby gives the following notice.

NOTICE

  1. This notice may be cited as the Traffic (Kawerau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1977.

  2. The roads, specified in the First Schedule hereto, are hereby excluded from the limitation as to speed imposed by section 52 of the Transport Act 1962.

  3. The roads, specified in the Second Schedule hereto, are hereby declared to be 70-kilometres-an-hour speed limit areas for the purposes of regulation 21 (2) of the Traffic Regulations 1976*.

  4. The Traffic (Kawerau Borough) Notice No. 1, 1976, dated the 21st day of May 1976†, under section 52 of the Transport Act 1962, and regulation 27A of the Traffic Regulations 1956, which relates to roads situated within Kawerau Borough, is hereby revoked.

FIRST SCHEDULE

SITUATED within Kawerau Borough:

East Bank Road: from Tamarangi Drive to the bridge across the Tarawera River.

Fentons Mill Road: from the southern boundary of Kawerau Borough to Valley Road.

Tamarangi Drive.

SECOND SCHEDULE

Tamarangi Drive: from a point 240 metres measured north-easterly generally along the said drive from Islington Street to a point 240 metres measured south-westerly generally along the said drive from the said street.
