National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares the Ohaupo-Te Awamutu section of No. 3 State Highway, for a width of 20 metres across the frontage of Lot 1, D.P. S. 18776 (C.T. 20C/1114), as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan LA 22/44/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Hamilton, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 49 State Highway (Raetihi to Waiouru) from the southern boundary of the Borough of Ohakune to the Waitaki Stream, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of Plan LA 43/102/1 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Wanganui, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 22 State Highway (Runciman to Te Uku) from the southern boundary of the Borough of Pukekohe to the northern boundary of the Borough of Tuakau, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3 of plan LA 10/70/2 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Auckland, to be a limited access road.

National Road Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway No. 3, Palmerston North to Stoney Creek section, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 and 2 on Plan M.W.D. 14522, and accompanying schedule, held at the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Palmerston North, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution, dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 16 October 1968*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for one half of its width on the southern side across the frontage Lot 3, D.P. 1028 (C.T. 106/39).
