National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

REFERRING to State Highway No. 1, Paraparaumu to Paekakariki section, as more particularly shown on Sheets 1 to 4 of Plan M.W.D. 16155, and accompanying schedule, held at the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Porirua, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board by resolution, dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 18 March 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4, insofar as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for one half of its width on the southern side, commencing 10 metres east of the existing western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 31366 (C.T. 8C/778), and extending for 20 metres westward.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 16 February 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of No. 1 State Highway, Waitaki River to Oamaru section, for its full width of 25.15 metres commencing at the northern boundary of Lot 1 D.P. 12744 (C.T. 5B/1187) and extending southwards for 241.38 metres, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan LA 70/3/26 and accompanying schedule, held in the office of the Resident Engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Dunedin, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.
