National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway 2, Te Marua to Akatarawa section, as more particularly shown on plan M.O.W. 20092 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Trentham, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 10 December 1975, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 21 February 1966, made pursuant to the said section 4, in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for half its width on the south-east side from the eastern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 27018, where it meets the State highway, for a distance of 90 metres westward to cover the frontage of Lot 4, D.P. 18609.

National Roads Board—Amending Notice Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
PURSUANT to section 330A of the Public Works Act 1928, the National Roads Board hereby amends the notice, dated 26 October 1976, and published in New Zealand Gazette, No. 113, p. 2507, by deleting reference to:
one half of its width
and substituting therefore the reference:
a width of 13 metres

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 7 December 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 94 (Gore to Milford Sound), from the northern boundary of the Borough of Gore to its junction with Kingdon Road, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 and 2 of Plan L.A. 73/138/32 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Declaring State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 7 December 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 1 (Awanui—Bluff), from the southern boundary of Invercargill City at the point it crosses State Highway 1, for 0.97 kilometres southwards on the eastern half of the road, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan L.A. 73/35/31 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, Invercargill, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

It is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 7 December 1977, and pursuant to section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby declares that part of State Highway 3a (Waitara—Inglewood), from its junction with State Highway 3, near Waitara, to the boundary of the County of Inglewood, as more particularly shown on sheets 1 to 3, of Plan L.A. 42/50/1 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection, to be a limited access road.

National Roads Board—Notice Partially Revoking Declaration of State Highway to be a Limited Access Road
REFERRING to State Highway 3, Hawera to Whareroa Road section, as more particularly shown on sheet 1 of Plan M.O.W. 16412 and accompanying Schedule, held in the office of the resident engineer, Ministry of Works and Development, New Plymouth, and there available for public inspection; it is notified that the National Roads Board, by resolution dated 7 December 1977, and pursuant to subsection (5) of section 4 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1963, hereby revokes its resolution of 22 July 1970*, made pursuant to the said section 4, in so far as it affects that part of the limited access road declaration of the said State highway for one-half of its width on the northern side commencing at the Hawera County boundary and extending eastwards for 20 metres.
